Digital Products — Important Notice
All products sold on GoodForYou Recipes are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If what you receive does not match what is described on our product page, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The product you received does not match the description on the sales page
- Your request is made within 7 days of your purchase date
- This is your first time purchasing this product from us
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- You have previously purchased the same product from us
- Your refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase
- You have downloaded the files and the product matches the description provided
We do not offer refunds based on change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with the type of content if it matches what was described.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at admin.goodforyourecipes@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with the following:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of how the product does not match the description
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Download Issues
If you did not receive your download email after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us at admin.goodforyourecipes@gmail.com and we will resend your download link promptly. If the issue remains unresolved after redelivery, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on digital products. All sales are final once the product has been delivered and matches the description provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
- Repeat purchases of the same product
- Purchases where the product matches the description on the sales page
- Requests based on personal preference or change of mind
